Repair Almanac keeps the full service history of your equipment on the equipment itself. Stick an NFC tag on a pump, generator, gate motor or any other asset, and a tap of your phone brings up everything you need to know — what it is, what's gone wrong before, what was done about it, and what maintenance is due next.

The sections below cover how to delete your account, our privacy policy, and the data the app handles. Each has its own link so it can be referenced directly.
Account deletion
You can permanently delete your Repair Almanac account and personal data at any time.
In the app (recommended): open the menu (top-right) on the main screen and choose Delete account, then confirm. This immediately and permanently:
- deletes your account and sign-in details;
- deletes any company where you are the only member, including all of that company's assets, fault/repair/maintenance history, notes, photos and reference documents;
- removes you from any company you share with other members (their data is unaffected).
This cannot be undone.
If you can't access the app: email info@sakienvirotech.com from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify the request and delete your account and personal data, normally within 30 days.
What is kept, and for how long: once an account or its data is deleted, the records are removed from our active systems. Short-lived internal deletion markers used to keep your other devices in sync are automatically purged within 90 days. We retain no personal data beyond that.

Saki Envirotech ("we", "us") operates the Repair Almanac app. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Information we collect
- Account details: your email address, display name, and password. Passwords are stored only as a salted hash — we never store or can read your actual password.
- Content you create: the equipment records you enter — companies and sites, assets and their details, faults, repairs, maintenance schedules and logs, notes, photos, reference documents, equipment locations, and the identifiers of the NFC tags you scan or write.
We do not collect location data, advertising identifiers, or analytics/tracking information, and the app contains no third-party advertising.
How your information is stored and used
Your data is stored on your device and, when you are signed in, synchronised to our backend so it is available across your devices and to others in your company. Account passwords are hashed; sign-in tokens are stored encrypted on your device; and data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Photos and reference documents are held in access-controlled object storage. We use your information only to provide the app's functionality — we do not sell it or use it for advertising.
Sharing
Repair Almanac is multi-tenant: information you add to a company is visible to the other members of that company. We do not otherwise share your personal information, except with the infrastructure providers that host our database and file storage, who process it solely on our behalf.
Retention and deletion
We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete it at any time — see Account deletion. On deletion, your personal data and any solely-owned company data are removed, with internal sync markers purged within 90 days.
Your rights
You may request access to, or correction of, your personal information, and you may delete your account as described above. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
Children
Repair Almanac is a tool for equipment maintenance and is not directed at children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
