Privacy Policy

Just as we, as a company, are interested in the care of the planet, so our care extends to your privacy. Should you give us your information we will do everything within our power to keep what you consider private just that, private.

We will never provide your information to anyone else for any purpose unless required to do so under law by court order or other legal instrument backed by the courts. We do not engage in email harvesting, and take steps to ensure your details remain private, up to and including making all mailing list membership detail only available to authorised members of that list.

If you believe we have failed our duty of care or that your details have leaked, please provide a copy of the email or other communication that shows this and forward to abuse[at]sakienvirotech[dot]com and we will investigate. We take breaches very seriously and will take action immediately to determine if a breach has occurred and to correct the situation up to and including taking legal action against the perpetrator.
